About the event
A 3-dimensional, fully-integrated movement practice that supports the body through rhythm, breath, and flow. It’s less about pushing harder, and more about creating space, connection, power and ease within ourselves. After the session, you’re warmly welcome to stay for an additional 30 minutes to watch (or try) a GYROTONIC® equipment demo, where you’ll get a glimpse into the more personalized, one-on-one side of the work.
This is a space to explore, ask questions, and simply reconnect with your body in a supportive environment, no prior experience needed. Free of charge. If you know anyone who would like to join us, please feel free to extend the invitation.
